She was born in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of the late Thomas M. Lally and Margaret E. (Connell) Lally.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenn 'Pete' Franklin Rishel ; son, Timothy A. Rishel ; brothers and sisters: Father Dennis J. Lally, M.M., Thomas M. Lally Jr., William A. Lally, John Lally, Mary Myers, Catherine Purner and Francis Lally.
She was a member of Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church. She was a 1938 graduate of Uniontown High School. She graduated from the Uniontown Hospital School of Nursing and California University. She was the Assistant Director of Nursing at Uniontown Hospital. She was a member of the Uniontown College Club and The California University Alumni Association.
She is survived by her son and his wife, daughter-in-law, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three sisters and brother and his wife, one sister-in-law and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends will be received in Kezmarsky Funeral Home, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today, April 22, 2014 from 3 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday morning until 9:30 a.m. when Parting Prayers will be said. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Father William J. Kiel as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in the Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
