It is theorized that Jane Aljaline Powell was born about 1830 in Habersham County, Georgia. Census reports indicate between 1825-1830. It is presumed she died about 1880 in Cullman County, Alabama. Records indicate she died after 17 Jun 1880 but before 1889. It's believed Jane was her nickname. However, at least one record shows both names. Perhaps her full name was Jane Aljaline Powell.
