Eric Billy-Scott Hafley, 26, passed away Monday, December 11th, 2017. He was born February 27th, 1991 in Lexington, Kentucky, son of Billy and Nancy (Scott) Hafley.
Eric was a graduate of Scott County High School and he enjoyed working on his trucks and tractors. He loved to hunt and spend as much time on the farm as he could.
In addition to his parents, Eric is survived by his son, Braxton Hafley; his brother, Jeremy (Shanna) Johnson; two nieces, Bailey and Aidan Johnson; his maternal grandparents, Annetta and Junior Scott; five uncles, Russ Hafley, Tommy Hafley, Jimmy Hafley, Terry Hafley and Steve Scott.
Eric was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Zella Hafley.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 14th, from 5 to 8pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home, where services will be held on Friday at 11:00am with Rev. Sam Glenn officiating.
Burial in Georgetown Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Terry Hafley, Tommy Hafley, Jerry Martin, Jared Martin and Steve Scott
