Heather was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Moore; sister, Casie Moore; niece, Karina; and grandpa, Max Hughes. She is survived by her mother Jackie Moore; boyfriend, Jose Rivas; children: Christian, Ana and Gabriel; siblings: Misty Holder and Jim Adcock, Max Holder and Janet Paulson, Kellie and Mario Barrientos, Shawn Moore, Carie and Tino Soto nieces and nephews: Tyler, Jackeson, Shelby, Daniel, Max, Elijah, Miguel, Alex, JonJon, Koko, Mateo, Carley, Bryleigh, Abby, Trey, Adrian, Maria, RaeAnn, and Camila; grandmother, Sheila Hughes along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. A private burial will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery. A celebration of Heather’s life will begin at 5 p.m. on Monday, December 11th, at First Church of the Nazarene, 111 Sharp Drive in Lenoir City.
