Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Fred and Anna McAndrew Farrell, she was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale, where she was a leader on the RCIA Team and the Talk Group. She was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale. She was also a member of the Sacred Heart Prayer Group, Honesdale. Before retirement, Donna was employed as a secretary at the St. Rose of Lima Church Rectory, Carbondale.
Surviving are a sister, Mary Lou Peters and husband, Ronald, La Quinta, Calif.; a nephew, Ronald Peters and his daughter, Sasha Lynn; two nieces, Dawn Ellen Cicchi and husband, Todd; and Laura Cranford and husband, Jeff, and their daughters, Savana, Tatum and Tess; and a goddaughter, Dara Muta.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Teddy Farrell.
The funeral will Thursday from the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home Inc., 55 Lincoln Ave., Carbondale, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Finch Hill.
