Mrs. LULA MAE WHITE, 91, of Marshall, is the daughter of Nathaniel Dan Oliver and Mrs. Mary Jane Oliver who lived in Sunny South Community.
She "married the love of her life, Lorenzo L. White" who preceded her in death.
A homegoing celebration and funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Galilee Baptist Church. Interment at Rosehill Gardens cemetery. Visitation held from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Friday, December 8, 2017, at Downs Funeral Home. Arrangements by Downs Funeral Home of Marshall, Texas.
"Left to cherish her memories are her six children; her two sisters; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her family, she leaves behind a dear family friend to whom the family would like to extend their sincere gratitude. Mrs. White is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Ureline Oliver; her sisters, Christine Hood and Belulah M. Collins; and her brothers, William J. Oliver, George Oliver and Nathaniel Oliver."
