ARLINGTON--Clifton Lee Watson went to be with the Lord on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017. SERVICE: Those touched by his life are invited to attend the services at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington with visitation at 9 a.m. Committal service: 2:30 p.m. at DFW National Cemetery. He was born July 5, 1931, in Pilot Point, Texas, to Ernest and Winnie Watson. He graduated from Pilot Point High School. He served in the Air Force and went on to retire from Bell Helicopter. He was preceded in death by his parents; as well as two brothers, Alton Watson and Melton Watson; and two sisters, Margie Reiger and Marie Belcher. SURVIVORS: He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Iris Watson; children, Donna Cannon and her husband, Robert, and Gary Watson and his wife, Suzie; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
