Jeffrey Aaron Stanley was born to Dorothy (Limke) Stanley and Preston Stanley on February 1, 1971 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born with Down Syndrome and lived a happy life with his parents and siblings. He was the youngest of seven children born to Dorothy and Preston. He taught his siblings the art of tolerance for disabilities and how to love unconditionally. He loved music, especially bluegrass, and his favorite musical instrument was the harmonica. His favorite TV show was the Dukes of Hazard. Jeffrey loved the water and was a good swimmer and loved to dunk everyone. He was loved by all who knew him and he took delight in teasing them. Jeffrey passed away on December 9, 2017 at home due to Pancreatic Cancer.

Jeffrey is survived by his father, Preston Stanley of Collinsville and 6 siblings: Gloria Thomason of Collinsville; Terrance Stanley of Skiatook; Rory Stanley and his spouse, Carol, of Broken Arrow; Monica Erkenbrack of Owasso; Kyle Stanley of Collinsville and Miles Stanley of Collinsville. Jeffrey was proceeded in death by his mother Dorothy (Limke) Stanley and two brothers-in-law, Clifford Thomason and Freddy Erkenbrack.

Jeffrey was uncle to Roberta (Thomason) Kickapoo, Chad Thomason, Heath Thomason, Abbra (Hess) Nielson, Lucas Hess, Brandon Stanley, Ashley (Stanley) Barnett, Tyler Stanley, Anthony Stanley, Bradley Stanley, Joshua Stanley and Dacia (Stanley) Wall. He was great uncle to seven great-nieces and eight great-nephews.

He was buried with a graveside service.
