Mr. Tony M. Sanders, Sr., 78, died on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at his home.
A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Flint Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Fort Mill with Mr. Andy Brewster officiating.
Born in Chester, Mr. Sanders was the son of the late Lester J. Sanders and the late Lois Parker Hatcher. He was retired from General Tire & Rubber Company with 33 years of service then retired from the York County Convenience Center.
Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Leila Diane Edge Sanders; his children, Angela Sanders of Waxhaw, NC, Tony M. Sanders, II of Great Falls and Natalie Sanders of Fort Mill; four grandchildren; and his sisters, Priscilla Capitan, Christine Burnette and Mildred Deese, all of Rock Hill.
The family will receive friends from 3-4:30pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill.
