Roger Ellis Gregory was born September 26, 1940 and departed this life Thursday, December 7, 2017 reaching the age of 77 years. He was the son of the late Elmer “EC” and Hazel (Roberts) Gregory.
He married Sharon Crawford and to this union three children were born.

He is survived by: one son, Scott Gregory; two daughters, Stephanie Denney and Patricia Baugh; one sister, Kitty Arnold; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by: one brother, Douglas Eugene Gregory; and one sister, Shirley Watson.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 11, 2017 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery. Military honors will be performed by our local DAV Chapter 105.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: First Christian Church Building Fund
