Dwayne was a long-time resident of the Central Illinois area before retiring to Arizona, where he thoroughly enjoyed the warm sunshine year-round. He taught his family the values of hard work and perseverance, working a number of side jobs while working full-time at Caterpillar Tractor Company until retiring at the early age of 47. He continued to serve others beyond retirement and was placing new roofs or floors in his friends and neighbors homes up until his final year. He loved God, he loved his family, and he will forever be remembered for his quick smile and laughter.
