Funeral services for Michelle Dawn Meyer will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 8, 2017, at the Elm and Murrow Church of Christ with Bill David Walker officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Laverne Cemetery with Lee Stinson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Waynoka, LLC.
Michelle Dawn Meyer, daughter of Lora Meyer and the late Jakie Meyer, was born September 24, 1978, at Buffalo, Oklahoma, and passed away December 3, 2017, at Alva, Oklahoma, at the age of 39 years, 2 months, and 9 days.
Michelle graduated from Waynoka High School. She worked as a CNA and CMA for a time, then attended Cosmetology School. She then worked as a cosmetologist for a time.
She attended the Elm and Murrow Church of Christ. She loved the outdoors and spent as much time as possible fishing and boating on the lake. She also liked to listen to music.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Fred and Katherine Urban, and her paternal grandfather, Troy Meyer.
Michelle is survived by one son, Riot Lee, of Waynoka, one daughter, Adria Paige of Piedmont; her mother, Lora Meyer of Waynoka; her twin brother, Michael Shawn Meyer and wife, Jen, of Roosevelt, Oklahoma; her maternal grandmother, Patsy Ward and husband, Alfred, of Laverne; other relatives and many friends.
