Bessie Bolter
Funeral for Bessie E. Bolter, a resident of Portland and Gresham for many years, was Monday, with inurnment in Riverview Abbey Mausoleum.
Mrs. Boulter was born in Denver, Colo., moved to Portland in 1914, and moved to Salem in 1962. She returned to Gresham two years ago and died Wednesday, May 17, in a nursing home. She was 88.
Surviving Mrs. Bolter are one daughter, Florence E. Loonstyn of Salem; three sisters, Lulu B. Dozier and Ida R. Barber of Seattle and Katie E. Montgomery of Littleton, Colo.; two grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
