Idella was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She was a laundress at Snow White Cleaners and Laundry in Magnolia for many years. She enjoyed being active and just being out of doors, especially playing basketball.
She is survived by four sons: Johnny R (the late Claudette Cheatham) Miles of Emerson, AR, Kenneth D Jamerson, Bobby D Jamerson, and Darrell Jamerson, all of the Freehope Community, Magnolia; one daughter: Carol (Paul R.) Rone of Magnolia, AR; nine grandchildren: Carrie Jamerson, Jasmyne Jamerson, Kentorey Jamerson, Shamika Rone, Randy Rone, Rochelle Miles, Johnny Miles Jr, LaShundra Mallory, and Kevin Miles; fifteen great grandchildren; and one stepdaughter Doris (B.A.) Okraku of Flusing, MI.
