Stella Sumoski, 85, of 832 Main St. died Sunday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph Sumoski.
Born in Plock, Lomza, Poland, a daughter of the late Ignacy and Josephine (Wacorek) Goralski, she lived in Warren since coming to this country in 1913.
Mrs. Sumoski was a communicant of St. Casimir's Church. She was a member of the Police Circle of Freedom and the Polish National Alliance.
She leaves four daughters, Miss Genevieve Sumoski, with whom she lived, Mrs. Sarah Wojtyto of Barrington, and Mrs. Jane Jovin and Sophia Pipka, both of East Providence; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. from the Wilbur Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Casimir's Church, Child Street, at 10. Burial will be in St. Mary of the Bay Cemetery.
