Born December 29, 1976 in Buncombe Co., Randall was a son of Timothy Mathews and Janice Marie Henson.
He is also survived by his special father, Dale Wall; adoptive father, Bobby Carter; daughter, Katlyn Carter; sister, Debbie Galloway; brother, Joby Mathews; niece and nephew, Ava and Chance Galloway; and many friends and family.
A memorial service for Mr. Carter will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
