She was born and raised in a Kansas City home with 3 other siblings. She graduated from Wyandotte high school in 1978 she then proceeded to get her CNA and CMA license.
Pam dedicated most of her life caring for her patients at the Kaw River nursing home in Edwardsville, KS.
She was a very loving and caring person she would do almost anything to help everyone out. Most people would describe her as just plain sweet. Pam took her last breath on Saturday, December 3, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her younger sister Melissa Jane Pollard.
She leaves to cherish her memory: Life Time Partner Tommy Huggins of Edwardsville, KS., her daughter Amanda Huggins (Ke'Ron) of Edwardsville, KS. Her mother Helen Millican and father Jim Millican both of Belton, MO., sister Terri Robinette (Barry) of Liberty, MO., and a brother Jim Millican II of KC, MO. Two grandchildren Ke'Ron Robinson JR. and Ke'Moni Robinson and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
