Curtis Lee Powers, 54, of Bristol, Va. passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born in Bristol, Va. on April 6, 1963. He was preceded in death by his father, James Curtis Powers; uncle, Robert Powers; and special Grannie, Ethel Mae. Curtis is survived by his two sons, Jamie Powers and Terry Powers; mother, Lois Powers; two brothers, Eugene Powers and wife, Jeannie and Jeff Powers; best friend, Aaron Stanley; two nieces, and one nephew. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, 417 Lee St., Bristol, Va. A Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Mountain View Cemetery, Bristol, Va.
