Ethel was loving and caring with a gentle persona. In addition to cooking and caring for her family at home, she also enjoyed flower gardening. When she lived in Ohio, she attended the Waynesville United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by husband Elmer in 2003; her parents Boyd and Dovie Fugate; and two brothers Junior and Everett Fugate. She is survived by three children Karen (Ken) Brumfield, Jerry (Chrissy) Russell, and Alan Russell; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers Earl (Carol) Fugate and Pearl (Sue) Fugate; and two sisters Thelma Barnett and Sue (Bob) Blair.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Fri. Dec. 8 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville, OH. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin, OH.
