Mr. Steven Bige Marshall, 60, passed away November 28, 2016 at his residence following a short illness. He was born September 4, 1956 in Middletown, OH, was the son of Bige Marshall & the late Betty Harrison Marshall, was the husband of Shana Barrett Marshall, was disabled and was a member of the Ida Mae Baptist Church. Steven is survived by his wife: Mrs. Shana Marshall of Booneville, KY, four sons; Mr. Craig Marshall & Mr. Brian Marshall of Booneville, KY, Mr. Cody Marshall & wife Olivia of Danville, KY & Mr. Travis Marshall & wife Bree of Stanton, KY, one daughter; Mrs. Ashley Garrett & husband Stacey of Walton, KY, & nine grandchildren, his father; Mr. Bige Marshall of Berea, KY, one sister; Mrs. Melody Powell & husband Jake of Richmond, KY, one brother; Mr. Jeff Marshall & wife Linda of Southside, TN & several nephews, nieces, relatives & friends. He was preceded in death by his mother: Betty Marshall & one sister, Connie Cope. Funeral services for Mr. Marshall were held Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 5:00 PM with visitation starting at 3:00 PM at the Searcy & Strong Funeral Home, officiating the services was the Rev. Tim Charlton, with cremation & the burial following at a later date. The Searcy & Strong Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Booneville Sentinel 12/07/2016.
