Justin “Jud” Graham

Justin “Jud” Graham, Burlington, Kansas, died May 1, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka. He was 76.
He was born October 29, 1932, in Burlington, the son of Charles and Cleo Stillian Graham. He grew up in Burlington and lived in Topeka for several years before returning to Burlington.
He joined the United States Air Force in 1952 and served until retiring in 1973 at the rank of TechSergeant. He then worked for the City of Burlington in the electrical department and retired after more than 20 years of service.
He was a member of the Christian Church of Burlington and the Masonic Lodge in Burlington.
He married Patricia Toops, and they later divorced. He married Nadine Ferguson June 5, 1982, in Burlington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Elden Graham on November 14, 1991, and Kenneth Graham on April 11, 2009.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine, of the home; seven daughters, Patricia Bristow and Jean Graham, both of Sacramento, California, Elizabeth Latham, Topeka, Michelle Colligan, Pace, Florida, Deborah Ferguson, Neodesha, Melissa Sterne, Concrete, Washington, and Angela Brown, Burlington; a brother, Larry Graham, Geary, Oklahoma; two sisters, Lorene Smith, Eaton Rapids, Michigan, and Mary Ann Feltner, Lyndon; 16 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held this afternoon, May 5, at the Christian Church in Burlington. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
