Clinton Bernard Stewart, 86, of Shelley passed away December 4, 2017 at Life Care Center in Idaho Falls.

He was born October 28, 1931 in Springfield, Idaho to Robert Percy Stewart and Susan Shelman Stewart. He attended school in Blackfoot, Idaho.

In 1953, Clint married Joyce Bunting…they lived in Ammon, Idaho with their three sons…they later divorced. In 1974, he married Sharon Corbridge Rogers, who died in 2008.

Clint was a carpenter by trade, and he loved building and working with his hands. He built his beautiful home in Shelley, Idaho where he resided until his death. Clint enjoyed gardening; playing pool, dominoes, and solitaire…but became very good at everything he did.

He is survived by two brothers Dwain, and Vail. Three children Marcus (Judy) Stewart of Sparks, NV, Brett (Joy) Stewart of Brighton, CO, and Jeffery Stewart of Salt Lake City, UT; four step-children Willie (Joanne) Rogers of Rockaway Beach, OR, Faith (Phil) McDaniel of Idaho Falls, ID, Jim Rogers of Shelley, ID, and Hope (Terry) Walker of Shelley, ID; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Clint will be laid to rest next to his parents in Blackfoot, ID at the Grove City Cemetery…Thursday December 7th, at 2pm. Services are under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home in Shelley, ID.
