POTTS, Gary Lee, passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2017 at the age of 77. He was born on February 15, 1940 in south Webster, Ohio, to Willard and Ruby Potts. Gary graduated from Greenon High in 1958. After graduation, he served as a Corporal E-4 and expert rifleman in the United States Marine Corps. While stationed in Okinawa, he attended night classes through the University of Maryland. After his service, Gary worked as an outside sales manager for International Harvester. Gary is survived by Betty Lou Potts; sister, Betty Jane (Rod) Sheffield; brother, Galen (Nancy) Potts; daughter, Rhonda (Tim) Coonrod; son, John (Candy) Potts; grandchildren, Alicia (Broc) Sehan, Chelsea Coonrod, Jason Potts, Kyle Potts and Taylor Potts; great-grandchildren, Gracy and Daisy Sehan and McKenna Potts.
