Surviving is his wife, Alice Rapp in Lookeba, Oklahoma, three sons, James (Deb) Rapp of Bettsville, Ohio, Chuck (Kelly) Rapp of Green Springs, Ohio, Ken (Christine) Rapp of Fort Seneca, Ohio, one daughter, Lorri Lokey of Lookeba, Oklahoma, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 step sister, Katherine England of Ada, Ohio. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, Chester, Lester, Harry, Earl & John Rapp; 4 sisters, Mary, Minnie, Judy & Lula; one son-in-law, Todd Lokey. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home Chapel, Hinton, Oklahoma, with Rev. Jake Hicks & Rev. Tom Clifton officiating. Burial will take place in the Lookeba Cemetary, Lookeba, Oklahoma.
