Joseph Charles Cissell, 67, of West Paducah, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at his home.

Joe was born October 13, 1945 to the late William "Bill" Cissell and Mary Juanita Moss Cissell. He was a 1963 graduate of St. Mary High School and longtime member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Joe served in the Army Reserves for many years with a rank of Staff Sergeant. He retired as the owner of C&P Glass Company.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara June Morrow Cissell; a son, Bradley Charles Cissell and wife Nickie Hyde Cissell of West Paducah; three grandchildren, Miranda Cissell, Mirena Cissell and Miriah Cissell all of West Paducah; two great-grandchildren, Gavin and Briley; a sister, Loretta Harmon of Paducah; and two brothers, Bobby Cissell and Don Cissell both of Paducah.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Cissell; and his parents.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery-Mausoleum Chapel. Rev. Brian Roby will officiate. There will be no visitation.

Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
