June Anderson, 69, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1999.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Vurn Martin, pastor of Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road.
Miss Anderson was born in Spring and had lived in Amarillo for 55 years. She worked for Dr. and Mrs. Hal Riddle for more than 30 years before retiring in 1994. She was a member of Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Junell Anderson of the home; four sisters, Ruby Gentry and Willie Lee Johnson, both of Los Angeles, Elizabeth Meno of Palmdale, Calif., and Margie Mae Anderson of Amarillo; and a brother, Donald Anderson of Amarillo.
The family requests memorials be to the Don and Sybil Harrington Cancer Center.
