He was born April 8, 1978, to Jimmy Paul Barnett Sr. and Sandra Lee Barnett of Panama City. People who came to know Joshua knows there was no one like him. To know him was to love him and he certainly was dearly loved by his family and friends. He was a 1996 graduate from Mosley High School and on Oct. 16, 1999, dedicated his life as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Joshua is survived by his beloved parents; two sisters, Jessica Lynn Keenam (Jimmy) and Jillian Lee Barnett; one brother, Jimmy Paul Barnett Jr. (Alice); three nieces, Casey Lynn Keenam, Courtney Lee Keenam and Ava BrinLee Barnett; two nephews, Dallas Paul Barnett and Jack Anthony Barnett; and a great-nephew, Ryus Owen Ball.
Graveside funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, in Evergreen Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Paul Beauchene officiating. The family will hold a memorial service at 7 p.m. Friday at Bayou George Kingdom Hall, 8904 Highway 2301 Youngstown, FL 32466.
