Mrs. Carolyn E. Perkins, age 83, of Winder, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017.
Mrs. Perkins was native of Eastville, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Willie Perkins, Jr; parents, William Alex Powell and Lena Lewis; and daughter, Jackie Perkins.
Mrs. Perkins is survived by her 3 daughters, one brother, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren also survive.
Burial will at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
