Mr. Lewis made his home in the house in which he was born, spending all his life in California.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Isabelle Lewis, he is survived by two sons, Ralph and Alvin of Fresno; one daughter, Cera Lewis of Oakland: three sisters, Mrs. Jane Northcliff of Coarse Gold, Mrs. Mary Benson of Dennis district, and Mrs. Emma McKune of Westwood, Lassen county, and two brothers, Alvin of ONeals and John of Madera. The funeral services will be held at 1 oclock Thursday afternoon from the Jay chapel.
Rev. C. T. Axworthy will conduct the services. Burial will be Arbor Vitae cemetery.
