Mrs. Annie Mai Wells Norman, 77, wife of the late Robert S. Norman, died at the home of her son, Ollie Norman, in Spring Hill at 10 p.m. Thurs. A life-long resident of Maury County and the dau. of the late William C. and Fannie McMurry Wells. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Funeral services at Reece's Chapel and burial at the Reece's Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Norman is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Robert Grooms of Columbia; Mrs. George Eddlemon of Kennon, Tenn.; and Mrs. Henry Alexander of Trenton, Tenn.; three other sons, Joe Norman of Columbia; Thomas Norman of Mt. Pleasant; and Smith Norman of Savannah, Tenn.; a sister, Miss Ida Wells of Columbia; two brothers, T. H. Wells of Atlanta, GA., and W. C. Wells of Columbia; 36 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
