Norfolk - Martha Ann Wallace (Granny) as she was affectionately known, passed away on November 22, 2017. She was born in Norfolk, VA on May 31, 1926 to Venus and Vashti Wilson. She served as a long-time caregiver for domestic household families before retiring. She was predeceased by her parents; 5 brothers; husband, Edwin A. Wallace, Sr.; son, Edwin A. Wallace Jr.; daughters, Deloris Freeman, Martha Greggs and Vashti Pittman. She is survived by sons, John and Michael Wallace; 17 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren, 30 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 3 at Metropolitan, Berkley. A funeral service will be held 11am, Monday, December 4, 2017 at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Ave.
