Frances was born March 28, 1931, in Preston, MS. She received her B. S. degree from Mississippi State University, and worked as a social worker with Community Counseling and as a clerk in the Winston County Tax Assessor’s Office. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Sullivan; her parents, Allie and Jessie Hutton; two sisters, Margie Miles and Jessie Garrard; and three brothers, Levi Hutton, Dickie Hutton, and Elzey Hutton. She is survived by her daughter, Jan (Don) Brantley of Louisville and three grandchildren, Madison (Robert) Edwards, Jess (Kayla) Brantley, and Trent Brantley; and many nieces and nephews
Pallbearers will be Jess Brantley, Trent Brantley, Robert Edwards, Les Miles, Josh Ward, and Joe Foster.
