Kathleen Rose Thompson Wade, the daughter of the late Owen Thompson and Rosemary Meyer, was born Sunday September 15, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Kathleen was married twice, first to Boyd Hicks Sr. who preceded her in death on October 8, 2009 and later to Raymond Wade Sr., who survives.
Ms. Wade died Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home in Kennett, Missouri at the age of 71 years, 2 months, and 12 days.
She is survived by 1 daughter Rose Davis of Kennett; 3 sons Boyd Hicks, Jr. of Jackson, Mississippi, Raymond Wade, Jr. (Heather) and Jason Wade both of Kennett, Missouri; 6 granddaughters Alicia Davis(Jason LaBarge), Amber Lebo (Dennis), Lacie Lyell all of Kennett, Brittany West (Bradley) of Houston, Texas, Gabrielle Cook (Charlie Cook) of Bragg City, Missouri and Haley Wade of Holcomb, Missouri; 3 grandsons Matthew Hicks of Florida, James Lyell and Brian Lyell both of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; 9 great grandchildren Brandon Jenkins, Erin Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins, Korbin Lebo, Alexis Lebo, Peyton Lebo, William Pierce and Emily Harrison and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by 1 daughter Kimberly Lyell.
A memorial service will be held Monday, December 4, 2017 at 2:00 P.M.
