Our beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt and special friend, Reba Faye McCombs, age 66 of Bee Branch went to be with our heavenly Father, Wednesday, March 21st, 2007. She was born June 20th, 1940 in Vilonia, Arkansas to the late Duke and Lucy Jones Pate. Her husbands preceded her in death: C.B. Yarbrough of 27 years and Art McCombs of 21 years.
Reba had retired from CHDC of Conway as a Unit Supervisor after 27 years of employment. Her favorite pastimes varied from, a caregiver to family and others, being known at one time as the Yard Sale Queen which she did religiously week after week, her collecting crystal (from small figurines to salt and pepper shakers), and sweeping her floors. She was very meticulous in her cleanliness at home. She has left her family and friends with lots of wonderful memories. We will all miss you Reba and look forward to seeing you again.
She is survived by her daughter: Reta Linn and husband Gary of Bee Branch, four grandchildren: Tara Rogers and husband Josh, Ben Linn and Tracey, Kaitlin Linn and Aubree Linn; one great-grandson: Jayden Christopher Linn, her sister: Freda Paul and husband Jack of Toadsuck (Bigelow), nieces and nephews: Deann White and husband Charles, Cindy Greene both of Conway and Wade Bass and wife Melissa of Perryville; and by four stepchildren.
Funeral services are Saturday, 1:00 p.m., March 24th at Roller McNutt Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Gordon Lemmings with burial in Crestlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be form 6-8 p.m. Friday.
Pallbearers will be: Wade Bass, Austin Elam, Ben Linn, Josh Rogers, Bill Jones and J.D. Hartsfield.
