Keith Lee Phillips, 46, of Woodstock, formerly of Westernport, Md., passed away Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester.
Born Nov. 23, 1971, in Keyser, W.Va., he was the son of Susan (Symons) Watson and step father, Fred "Bunny" Watson of Piedmont, W.Va., and the late Melvin Lee Phillips.
Keith was a graduate of Valley High School. He was a self-employed truck driver.
In addition to his mother and step father, Suzie and Fred, he leaves behind the love of his life, Tammy Biser; his children, Brandon, Grace and Faith Phillips, all at home; three sisters, Kelly Plum and husband Bob of Keyser, W.Va., Peggy Bradley and husband Craig of Lusby, Md., and Casey Green and husband Allen of McCoole, Md.; He is also survived by his extended family, Jean Durst and her daughters, Theresa, Tracy, and Terry; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, Md., on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017 from 12 to 2 p.m.
A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation on Sunday at 2 p.m., with the Reverend Gary Morris officiating.
Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
