Mr. Harold Leroy Miles, Jr., age 50, of Lindale, GA, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
Mr. Miles was born in Boscobel, Wisconsin on April 6, 1967, son of the former Mary Steines and the late Ben Redington. He, with his wife, co-owned and operated Miles Fabrication, Inc. in Cedartown. Mr. Miles was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his wife, the former Michelle "Shelly" Boom, to whom he was married on September 12, 1998; 6 daughters, April Miles, Marshall, MN, Kristeen Miles, Catty Miles, Allie Miles, Emily Miles, and Olivia Miles, all of Lindale; 5 sons, Casey Miles, Prairie du Chien, WI, Kody Miles, Kyle Miles, Camron Miles, and Max Miles, all of Lindale; his mother, Mary Redington, Eastman, WI; 4 brothers, Rory Miles, Prairie du Chien, WI, Richard Miles, Eastman, WI, Danny Miles, Muscoda, WI, and Benji Redington, Cumming, GA; nieces and nephews also survive.
The memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at 4pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel. Pastor Kendall Davis will officiate. The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Thursday from 2pm until the service hour. At other times, they may be contacted at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or to the American Cancer Society, 1825 Barrett Lakes Blvd., Suite 280, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
