Mrs. Villa Eddings, Reydon, died in the Cheyenne Convalescent hospital, Sunday, December 7, 1969, after an extended illness.

Funeral services were held at the Reydon community building on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ben Odell, Reydon and Norman Widener, Cheyenne, officiating.

Born August 15, 1908 at Frederick, Viola Holbrook came to Reydon community in 1932 from Madill.

She was married June 26, 1926 to Aaron C. Eddings in Madill.

She was a member of the Assembly of God church.

One son, Alvin, preceded her in death in 1938; also her parents and three brothers preceded her in death.

Survivors are her husband of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Cornell, Allison, Texas; Mrs. Murl Yates of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Sharon Whisenhunt, of Dallas, Texas; two sons, Leon of Fort Sill and Overton of Amarillo, Texas; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Jones, Allison, Texas, Mrs. Verna Bell Markham, Wheeler, Texas; three brothers.

Pall bearers were Pete Burks, Raymond McNeil, Carl Parman, Virgil White, Gene Estes, Leo Swope.

Committal was in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
