FORT EDWARD, N.Y. - Douglas "Doug" A. Russell, age 55, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 26th 2017 at the Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls, N.Y.
He was born on September 3rd 1962 in Glens Falls, N.Y., he was the son of the late Floyd Levi and Gloria Ann (Harris) Russell Sr.
Doug attended Queensbury School.
Some of his enjoyments included fishing, hunting, camping, and watching the Giants. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially taking family summer vacations to Maine, and deep sea fishing there.
In addition to his parents, Douglas was predeceased by two brothers; Floyd "Leeb" Levi Russell Jr. on November 14th 2005 and Matthew Russell, one nephew; Mark A. Russell II on June 9th 2008, and one brother-in-law; Orbin H. Harrington II on June 12th 2008.

Interment will follow at the Pine View Cemetery in Queensbury, N.Y.
