Mark was born March 25, 1959 in Santa Paula, California.

He received a college degree in Law Enforcement.

He worked for the California Department of Corrections

for many years before moving to Alaska in 2013.

He loved fishing,

hunting,

and golfing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jalaine Helms.

He is survived by his children, J.D. Maxwell of Kasilof

and Jennifer Paddock of Clarksville, Tennessee; brother

Todd Maxwell of Kasilof; son-in-law, Danny Paddock of

Clarksville, Tennessee; granddaughter, Julieanna Paddock of

Clarksville, Tennessee and grandson, Maxwell Paddock of

Clarksville, Tennessee.
