She is survived by a daughter, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law.
Also surviving is a sister, sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Paul Ellis; three brothers, Harry, Fred, and Lester Baker; and two sisters, Mary McDermott and Ida Wells.
At Irene's request, no service will be held and a cremation will take place.
