Larry Cox, 69, Beecher, Il, died Friday, Nov. 24, 2017 in Valparaiso, IN. Larry was born Oct. 8, 1948 the son of Marion and Francis (nee Stern) Cox in Chicago Heights, IL. He worked at Star Disposal for 30 years and also for the Washington Township Road Commission. Larry was a Beecher Fireman for 25 years, 10 of those years as fire chief and served on the 4th of July Commission. Preceding in death are his parents and brothers Ronald and Jimmy. Funeral services At hack Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Tom Ewing. A private family burial will be at St. Luke Cemetery, Beecher.
