Patricia Frew Hilton
January 14, 1938 - November 24, 2017

Pat Hilton, a wonderful loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister and Aunt, returned home to be with her Heavenly Father on Nov. 24, 2017, at home with her loving family at her side.

Pat was born Jan. 14, 1938 to Raymond and Laura Frew. She attended Ogden City Schools and graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1956.

She married Jerry Warren in 1955; they were divorced later that same year. She married Tammy Adams in 1956 and together they had four children; Molly (John) Cottrell, Bret (Katy) Adams, Nick Adams and Natalie (Robb) Westbroek. They divorced after 19 years of marriage. She married Chris Sorensen in 1977; they were divorced after 14 years but remained good friends. In 1996 she married and was sealed for eternity to Don Hilton in the Ogden LDS Temple.

Mom retired from the Defense Depot in Ogden after more than 23 years. She then worked at Weber State University for 5 years and finally retired for good in 1995.

Mom dedicated her life to serving others. She volunteered at Birthright and McKay Dee Hospital for many years. She has also cared for many neighbors and friends. She and Don served an LDS Inner City Mission as well as being Temple workers together. She held many other church callings and loved them all.

Her greatest joy in life was her family. She had always wanted to be a grandma and I think that was her favorite calling of all. She has been blessed with grand, great and great-great grandchildren whom she has been very close with.

Surviving are her husband Don Hilton; 3 children; a brother Ken (Bonnie) Frew and sister LaRae (Del) Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Bill Frew, daughter Molly and grandchildren Erika Cottrell and Wyat Adams.

The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to the nurses at McKay Dee Hospital and IHC Hospice for their kindness and wonderful care of our mother.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017 at 1pm at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, Nov. 29th from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday prior to the service from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park.
