Carroll Franklin “Frank” Webb, 84, of Wichita Falls, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Riverside Cemetery with The Rev. John Munson, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A son of the late Jim and Nova Bell (Rollins) Webb, Frank was born on June 29, 1933 in Grand Saline, Texas. In 1953 Frank was drafted to serve his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. On February 14, 1976, he married Betty Jo Morrow. Frank was a member of All Saints Anglican Church for many years. He enjoyed going to the symphony, he never met a stranger, and enjoyed making others laugh.
Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Sue Ray Webb; and seven brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Webb; his children, Scott Webb and wife Sara, Byron McCullough and wife Jan, Robb Webb and wife Chris, Jonathan Webb, and Melissa Jean McCullough; his grandchildren, Jacob, Josh, Madison, Abby, and Sydney; his sister-in-law, Claudia Ruth Webb; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
