Of Potosi, Missouri was born on January 28, 1933 in Shirley, Missouri, a daughter to the late Floyd Eye and the late Opal (Harmon) Eye. Freda entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the Potosi Manor Nursing at the age of eighty-four.
Freda will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her son, Ralph (Elaine) Pickett of Mineral Point; four brothers: Stanley (Donna) Eye, Boyd (Dorris) Eye, Cleo (Shirley) Eye, and Ronnie (Millie) Eye; two sisters: Delores Lewis, and Elaine (Marvin) Mercer; nine grandchildren: Julie (Harold) Fortner, Joseph James, Nick James, Tracey DeClue, Kayla (Robbie) LaChance, Brandi DeClue, Keith Pickett, Terry Pickett and Amanda (Jake) Hutchings; fifteen great-grandchildren; and special friend, Bob Hamby.
In addition to her parents, Freda was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Pickett; second husband, Charles Wright; daughter, Carolyn DeClue; siblings: Norma Lee Eye, Betty Lee Eye, Geraldine Crocker, Raymond Eye, and Austin Eye; and special cousin, Bill Doss.
