Floyd Ray Carter, 76, of Muskogee, OK, was born December 21, 1940 at Muskogee, OK, the son of James and Nellie (Reese) Carter and died Friday, November 17, 2017 at Stilwell.
Floyd was a great artist. He made a mini Peterbilt and drove it in parades in Muskogee. He was a member of the Angels Car Club. Prior to retirement, Floyd worked as an auto body technician. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his twin brother, Lloyd Carter and wife, Kathryne of Eufaula, sister, Hazel Burns of Eufaula; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Buck Murphy, and Louis Carter; one sister, Floy Ruth Wright.
