Theodore A. Harris III, a resident of Bensalem, passed away Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at Chandler Hall Hospice after a courageous battle with Mesothelioma. He was 64.

He was born in Albuquerque, N.M. and was raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He graduated from Northeast High School and was Master Carpenter for many years. After his retirement, he became a talented artist. He took great joy in woodcarving and collecting fine wood carvings. He had also enjoyed NASCAR, watching the Indie 500, fishing and golfing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Adeline Harris.

Theodore is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Maria (Fizzano); his mother-in-law, Eleanor Fizzano; his sister-in-law, Adele Guiteras (Greg); a niece, Gina Schatzan (Scott); his great-nieces, Jessica, Mackenzie, Kristina, and Hannah; and a great-nephew, Samuel. He will also truly be missed by his much- loved dog, Molly.

Theodore’s family would like to thank the staff at Chandler Hall Hospice for their excellent care.

Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday, at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, PA 19047. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
