Amos W. Perrine

GASSAWAY — Amos Warner Perrine Sr., 74, of Exchange, Braxton County, died yesterday at his home after a short illness. He was a farmer.

Survivors are a son, Amos W. Jr. of Charleston; five daughters, Mrs. Grace Foster of St. Albans, Mrs. Muriel Jones of Sutton, Mrs. Mary McMackin of Hollow Rock,Tenn., and Mrs. Frances Wiemer and Mrs. Pearl Ramsey of Akron, Ohio; three brothers, Ira and Clarence of Exchange and Everett of Akron.

His stepmother, Mrs. Lillie Perrine of Exchange; a half brother, Warren of Exchange; three sisters, Mrs. Delia Keener of Richwood, Mrs. Mamie Burkhammer of Jane Lew and Mrs. Ressie Hoard of Flatwoods; six half sisters, Mrs. Edna Dean of Gassaway, Mrs. Dorothy Nay of Weston, Mrs. Ora Shaver of Exchange, Mrs. Helen Rohorbough of Riffle, Mrs. Arlie Long of Birch River and Mrs. Hilda Kory of Baltimore, Md.; 13 grandchildren and two great-granchildren.

Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a. m. in Lloydsville Methodist Church by the Rev. Leslie Skidmore. Burial will be in Shaver Cemetery near Lloydsville under the direction of the Bartlett Funeral Home here.

The body will be at the residence tomorrow after 10 a. m.
