Patsy was a loving homemaker to her family. She was a seventy year member of the Macedonia Baptist Church where she served as pianist, organist, and church treasurer. Patsy worked at the First State Bank of Carthage devoting 42 years of her career there. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, granddaughters, Pepper Lynn Green and Amanda Kay Barfield; sister, Elizabeth Ann Roe, brother-in-law Joe B. Roe, brother Marvin Gene Wall, and brother-in-law Cullen Fyke.
