Nancy Ann Norris Burton, age 69, of Flintville, TN passed away on November 23, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Fayetteville, TN on January 24, 1948, the daughter of the late Roy & Mildred Haynie Norris. She was raised in the cotton fields by parents who farmed and attended Flintville High School. She was a former employee of Alabama Truck Lines and was a member of Park City Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Wilma Keith, and her brothers, Melvin Norris, Robert Norris and Lloyd Norris.
Ms. Burton is survived by her daughter: Teri Brazelton (Mike Tuggle) of Flintville, TN; sons: Darryl Burton of Manchester, TN, Mike (Mary) Burton of Kelso, TN and Jeff (Terri) Burton of Lynchburg, TN; sisters: Juanita Dunn of Fayetteville, TN, Barbara Rowland of Huntsville, AL and Geraldine Bain of Fayetteville, TN; ten grandchildren: Amanda, Brandi, Katyleen, Janna, Michelle, Josh, Ryan, Jesse, Caleb and Cody; eight great grandchildren: Cadence, Addison, Brilee Grace, Abby, Eli, Noah, Tyler and Jasper; niece: Faye Vance; and special friends: Judy Blenderman, Janice King and Dean Luttrell.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Paul Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Campbell Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.
