She was born Nov. 22, 1902, at Congerville, a daughter of David and Elizabeth Detwiler Schrock. She was married to Arthur Baum June 10, 1926, at Congerville.
Surviving are her husband, a son, Richard of Carlock and a granddaughter.
She was a member of the Car-lock Mennonite Church.
